Hi, I just had to let you know that because of your service, I have met my match! Both myself and my wife were members of your service. In late May of this year, I read her profile, and was interested. Less than five minutes
later she messaged me and we talked for over an hour. We found we had many common interests, and had set up a date for 3 weeks later. I drove to visit her and we hit it off immediately. We continued to chat online and on the phone every day until September when I moved to her town and we were maried on September 8, 2006! My wife tells me she has developed some of her greatest friendships through your service, and now has even found her match.

I met logboy almost two years ago.

I met logboy almost two years ago on ldsmingle. We chatted online, became friends, met, started dating, and fell in love. We will be sealed in the Nauvoo Illinios Temple on January 9, 2007. Thank you ldsmingle for giving us the opportunity to meet and get to know each other.

I have never felt such a greater peace and happiness.

I had just recently left an abusive marriage before I felt a desire to join with this website February/06. Mainly out of curiosity, but with my hopes.
I quickly bumped into a guy named Scott. He seemed nice, but I was too afraid to get close to any one due to my previous experiences. I would have to say I put Scott through a lot more than he bargained for. I honestly did everything I could to push him away because I didn't think I was worth it for him. And he stuck it through without thought of giving up on me. He was always there for me through all my foolish troubles.
8 months later, my wall of defenses had finally crumbled to the ground, and Scott and I were quickly growing closer. We were becoming best friends very quickly. He proposed to me in September of 2006, and we are to be Wed January 20th/07 in the Cardston Temple.
I am very blessed that the Lord has brought such an amazing person into my life, and I am so blessed to have such an amazing spirit close to me.
I deeply look forward to our temple sealing. It will be a dream come true.
I have never felt such a greater Christ like love in a relationship, than I have felt with this one.

I knew I wanted to see him again and again and again.

It was just a year ago (Sept 2005) that Powderman and I met here online. We im'd for awhile and he suggested we get together. I, however, was hesitant to agree. But, he seemed fun enough so I gave him a quiz to see if he was date worthy (he had to remember everything I had told him that night). He failed miserably but he took the teasing and game playing with ease. So I consented. We met a few days later for our first date. Immediately I was glad I had agreed. This guy was different(in a good way HA!) and SO ATTRACTIVE! I knew I wanted to see him again and again and again. I got my wish. We continued to see each other several times a week. We were inseparable. We had a lot of fun and he treated me so well. I knew I had found "the one". Right before Thanksgiving 2005 we got engaged! Because we had only known each other a short while we decided to have a nice long engagement (6 1/2 months!) I am so glad we did. We had a great time dating and getting to know each other. It seemed like forever before we would marry but FINALLY in June 2006 we were married in the Salt Lake Temple. It was a great day! THANKS LDS MINGLES for providing a way for us to meet!
