We're getting married and couldn't be more excited.

the happy couple

This was going to be my last attempt to meet someone on a dating website. I can honestly admit I wasn't sure what would happen. Chalk two more up on the tote board. It was in January of 2008 when puddlebrat and utegrad76 met up in a Denny's in downtown Salt Lake City after talking for about a week. It's now March of 2009 and we've been engaged for 2 months. We will be getting married within the year and we couldn't be more excited. We have met both our families and we are very pleased to say that if we had not met through this website we probably would not be where we are at in our lives right now. Thank you for bringing us together, LDS Mingle.

***Updated 5/31/09***
We are getting married June 5, 2009 in Salt Lake City. We again want to thank everyone at LDS Mingle who make the site the tremendous
success that it really is.

Sincerely,
Justin

We are two peas in a pod.

the happy couple

He was in Virginia and I was in Minnesota. I just got back from my mission. An old roommate of mine had found her husband through LDS Mingle so I thought, "Why not?" Dave and I got to know each other for a few months before finally meeting in Washington DC. After that, we were two peas in a pod. We both moved out to Utah in the Fall, got engaged, and we got married in the Washington DC temple on December 20, 2008. You never know where you will find your special someone.... and I am grateful we found each other here!

We are very happy and are preparing to build a life together

the happy couple

Roundman84 and I started talking in July of 2008 and have talked pretty much every day since then.

He came here in October to meet me and has recently moved here from Alabama.

We are very happy together and are preparing to build a life together.

Thank you LDS Mingle, for helping us to find each other.

***Updated 8/16/09***
Roundman84 and I met through LDS Mingle on July 5th of last year when I responded to a post of his on the message boards. He was complaining about other sisters on this site that wouldn't even talk to him because he was "too far away".

He and I were married on June 27, 2009 and we are enjoying being married and building a life together.

Thank you LDS Mingle for helping us find each other. And to think I was just days away from deleting my profile when I responded to his post.

Heavenly Father had something else in mind for me...

the happy couple

Last October, Ryan5Cents and I met online. He lived in Idaho and I lived in California. He sent me a few flirts, which I didn't respond to right away. It was an email a couple days later that I finally responded to which got the ball rolling in our relationship. Just under a year later, on Halloween, we were married in the Sacramento Temple. At first, I was apprehensive about telling people we'd met online, but now I don't even give it a second thought. I just think it's funny that I never wanted to meet my husband online. It looks like Heavenly Father had something else in mind for me.... and for us. Thanks for the services you provide! We now have a non-member friend on your website hoping to find some good people to connect with.

We have been blessed with our new big & beautiful family.

the happy couple

My 5 year old son and I began praying in May, very specifically to meet the man who would complete our little family. I live in Indiana, I was browsing through the limited palette of men in my area, putting "Yes", "No" or "Maybe" on their profiles...when I came across a goofy looking guy in King Arthur chain mail and a crown who lived 3 hours away. I chuckled and put him down as a maybe. Two weeks after I prayed so specifically, he hit me up for a chat through the site, and though I didn't want to (I'd found more "Yes's" I'd rather talk to than this "Maybe"), to be polite, I talked with him.

His bishop had asked him just 2 weeks before (how ironic) what he was doing with his life... he'd been divorced for 4 years and it was time to settle down.

I've not stopped talking to him since and we're planning to have all 6 of our combined children at our December, 2008 wedding. We are both so grateful that Heavenly Father has blessed us with our new big and beautiful family. We are also grateful that this site exists or our family wouldn't!
